All available items and sizes are listed on our website. From time to time, we may release additional stock depending on demand and approval from the artist.
If a restock is planned, we’ll usually share updates via our official social channels. For the latest availability, we recommend keeping an eye on these.
Size Charts
Size charts are included on individual product pages and can be accessed via the link in the product description.
If you’re unable to find one, feel free to contact our Customer Support team with the product link – we’ll be happy to help.
Please note that size charts are intended as a guide. Small variations can occur between production runs, so we recommend allowing for a tolerance of up to 2.5 cm in line with standard industry practice.
Signed Merchandise
Signed items are produced in strictly limited quantities, making each one a special, collectable piece. For this reason, we’re unable to offer personalised messages, custom requests, or replacement signed sleeves.
Each item is individually signed by hand, which means it must be opened and handled during the process. As a result, some natural cosmetic variation—such as creasing, bends, or surface marks—may occur.
Signed items will not arrive in pristine, factory-sealed condition, as this is part of the signing process. If sleeve condition is especially important to you, we recommend choosing an unsigned edition where available.
Because these characteristics are inherent to how signed items are created, we’re unable to offer replacements for sleeve condition.
Vinyl & Cassette Colours and Designs
Coloured and designed vinyl or cassette editions are made using processes that naturally create variation between each unit.
Product images and mock-ups are provided as a guide, but final items may differ slightly in colour, pattern placement, and overall finish.
Marbled and multi-colour designs are especially unique–no two pressings are exactly the same. These variations are part of the intended design and are not considered faults.
Every record is truly one of a kind.

We do our best to ensure that all product images closely represent the colour, design, and overall look of each item.
However, colours and visual details may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, and lighting conditions. Small differences in colour, design placement, or finish can also occur during the manufacturing process.
These variations are completely normal and part of what makes each item unique. Images are provided as a guide and are intended to give a close representation rather than an exact match to the final product.
Print-on-Demand Items
Print-on-demand products are made especially for you once your order is placed.
Please allow up to 5 business days for production before dispatch. Shipping times will then depend on your selected delivery method.
During busy periods, such as sales or holidays, production times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Digital Downloads & Live Streams
All digital products, including downloads and live stream access, are delivered electronically.
Once access has been provided or files have been delivered, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their digital nature.
